Senior Business Control Administrator

Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Control Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation, coordination and completion of the new client onboarding process.
  • Provide support to Directors and the Business Development team in relation to AML/CFT risks associated with potential new clients
  • Preparing periodic file reviews and risk assessments for existing clients
  • Assisting the team with the trigger event process
  • Dealing with client due diligence on a risk-based approach
  • Reviewing and matching potential screening hits
  • Assisting the team with client closure requests
  • Collation of information for external banking reviews
  • Maintenance of departmental control spreadsheets
  • Preparation and maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies and associated documentation
  • Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recent developments and changes to legislation
  • Liaising with the Compliance Team
  • Delivery of any change initiatives or projects impacting the business
  • Any other duties that may be required, from time to time, to support the business

Reporting To:

Business Control Team Manager

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in a TCSP environment in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of AML/CFT legislation
  • Good working knowledge of Complex Corporate Structures
  • A working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche and ViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential

Training:

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

Hours:
