As a Senior Client Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing technical support to the Client Services team and management. You may be required to undertake reasonable additional or alternative duties subject to business requirements, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Direct responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that excellent service levels are provided to clients to ensure longevity of relationships. Understand and act upon the profitability of the allocated client portfolio by reviewing and collecting WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and investigating other revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives
  • Be primary point of contact for clients and intermediaries. Working with other teams within the business to ensure client and business goals are met
  • Help to ensure the company is compliant with local regulatory requirements, supporting a positive relationship with the local regulator through strong governance. Keeping up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes
  • Drive appropriate behaviours and take action to ensure agreed business targets are met
  • Collaborating with and providing technical assistance to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as needed

 

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified you will be expected to maintain the relevant continued professional development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification and/or the requirements of the business

 

Experience and Knowledge

  • Previous TCSP experience in a similar role with responsibility for managing a client portfolio would be beneficial
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche is desirable
