Senior Client Administrator

Job Summary:

As a Senior Client Administrator, you will assist in the running of the administration and Statutory department. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing administration of bank accounts including account opening and closing
  • Administration and authorisation of bank payments and receipts
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Maintaining a varied portfolio of clients
  • Overseeing various company and trust administration tasks

Reporting To:

Senior Managers – Client Services

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Part or qualified STEP or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
  • Management
  • Microsoft Office
  • CCH and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential

Training:

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
