Senior Client Administrator

Job Summary

As a Senior Client Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing Client Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration;
  • Coordinating Client Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings;
  • Developing and Implementing Client Strategies: You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives;
  • Providing Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company’s products or services;
  • Training: You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff;
  • Support the administration team.

Reporting To

Manager – Client Services

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Part or qualified STEP or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio;
  • Management;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential.

Training

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
