Project Manager

Job Summary

As a project manager, you will assist in driving the strategy of the Atla Group by running projects from start to finish, embedding best practices and driving ownership and accountability. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Working on a variety of projects to achieve the strategic goals of the Group, including projects to drive technology development, improvement of processes, remediation activity and implementation of new systems;
  • Developing project scopes and objectives;
  • Managing multiple projects at once, keeping stakeholders updated regularly on progress;
  • Taking business requirements and translating these into clear, defined milestones with dates for delivery;
  • Creating a timeline of deliverables, in order to implement the change to the agreed deadline;
  • Updating of process flows and documentation;
  • Risk management on an individual project basis;
  • Co-ordination of project managers, to deliver on multiple strategic initiatives;
  • Assist with various projects and deliver solutions and completion of said projects in co-operation with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Operations and relevant staff involved in the project;
  • Monthly reporting to senior management for in-flight projects with progress and key timelines detailed;
  • Assistance with any remedial work post project Implementation;
  • Reporting of a variety of initiatives internally, to key stakeholders and Atla employees.

Reporting To

Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above;
  • Project Management qualification desirable but not essential.

Experience

  • Previous project management experience;
    Previous team management experience.

Training

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged.
