Receptionist / Administrator

Job Summary

We require an enthusiastic and personable individual to liaise with clients and visitors together with providing administrative support to the wider group businesses.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients and visitors as front of house and direct to the appropriate person or meeting
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Extensive diary management; Including but not limited to scheduling meetings, finding venues and inviting attendees by means of Teams, Outlook etc.
  • Preparation of documentation and collating information at the request of the directors
  • Organising and booking travel
  • Inbox management; responding and actioning of emails where appropriate
  • Ad-hoc administration relating to new business enquiries
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Opening and closing of the office including daily security checks
  • Co-ordinate with external suppliers regarding property maintenance
  • Maintenance of kitchen and communal areas
  • Stationery ordering
  • Scanning, indexing and filing
  • Archiving
  • Arranging couriers
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing post

Reporting To

Head of Group Operations.

Qualifications Required

Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard.

Experience

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Training

Full training will be provided.

Skills

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Knowledge of Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
