Administrator / Receptionist

Job Summary

As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to the Accountancy team including full coverage of Reception in our Ramsey office. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception cover and deliveries (post and bankings etc.)
  • Scanning
  • Risk reviews
  • Onboarding assistance for Accountancy clients
  • Online services reminders and filing
  • Booking in records
  • Organising team events
  • Supervision of office maintenance
  • Stock review and ordering of office supplies
  • Preparation of correspondence and completion of forms and documents as required
  • Ad hoc administration to assist the team

Reporting To

Accountancy Manager

Qualifications Required

At least English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Experience

  • Working in a similar office environment
  • Administration experience
  • Microsoft Office

Training

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
