Job Summary
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to the Accountancy team including full coverage of Reception in our Ramsey office. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reception cover and deliveries (post and bankings etc.)
- Scanning
- Risk reviews
- Onboarding assistance for Accountancy clients
- Online services reminders and filing
- Booking in records
- Organising team events
- Supervision of office maintenance
- Stock review and ordering of office supplies
- Preparation of correspondence and completion of forms and documents as required
- Ad hoc administration to assist the team
Reporting To
Accountancy Manager
Qualifications Required
At least English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
Experience
- Working in a similar office environment
- Administration experience
- Microsoft Office
Training
External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
