Job Summary

As a Senior Client Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Direct responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that excellent service levels are provided to clients to ensure longevity of relationships. Understand and act upon the profitability of the allocated client portfolio by reviewing and collecting WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and investigating other revenue opportunities
  • Developing and implementing Client Strategies: Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives
  • Communication: Primary point of contact for clients and intermediaries. Working with other teams within the business to ensure client and business goals are met
  • Risk: Help to ensure the company is compliant with local regulatory requirements, supporting a positive relationship with the local regulator through strong governance. Keeping up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes
  • Business: Drive appropriate behaviors and take action to ensure agreed business targets are met
  • Training and Support: Collaborating with and providing technical assistance to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as needed

Reporting To

Management – Client Services

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified you will be expected to maintain the relevant continued professional development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification and/or the business’s set requirements

Experience

  • At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
  • Microsoft Office
  • CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
