Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Group Marketing Manager to join our team and be the flag bearer for the Atla brand. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for Group and Client Service departments to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing activities, managing the marketing workload, and collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with business goals with the co-ordination of senior management
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure marketing plans support overall business strategy and business unit strategies.
- Create and deliver of marketing campaigns that encompass above the line, digital, social media, events (where applicable), and content marketing.
Creative Development:
- Lead the creation of engaging and innovative marketing content across various channels.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Foster a culture of creativity within Group, encouraging new ideas and approaches and lead the evolution of the brand.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and work to a budget
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and report to leadership
- Complete day to day administrative tasks to ensure the delivery of marketing related matters
Team Leadership and Management:
- Ensure all marketing tasks and requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with Project Management Office team to implement marketing projects.
- Responsibility of managing one direct report.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes.
- Analyse performance data to continually improve marketing strategies and results.

Qualifications & experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Isle of Man Financial Services experience desirable.
- Data analytics and managing of CRM systems desirable.
