Job Summary

As an enthusiastic qualified or part-qualified accountant assisting and supporting the fiduciaries department, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversight in respect of the preparation and review of financial statements, including; property holding, lending, investment portfolios, insurance products and private equity
  • Oversight of providing financial statements to clients within set deadlines
  • Dealing with client queries on financial statements
  • Preparation/review of monthly management accounts
  • Supervising day-to-day activities of the accounts department
  • Support the team with monthly bank reconciliations
  • Reviewing IOM/UK tax returns when required
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team

Qualifications Required

Qualified ACA/ACCA, qualified by experience or part qualified will be considered

Experience

Proven accounting and/or audit experience

Training

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged to complete ACCA or ACA qualification
