Matt Gooding

Matt joined in 1997 and previously worked in the wealth services team, specialising in commercial real estate structures. As Head of Group Operations, he ensures smooth day-to-day operations, including management of our IT infrastructure, office buildings, security and telecommunications. He also collaborates with stakeholders to identify operational improvements.
