Marian Shaw

Marian, born on the Isle of Man, initially worked as a secretary and managed the statutory administration department, gaining over 20 years of experience. She was promoted to office manager in 2011, gaining responsibility for human resources, and later completed the Certificate in Human Resources Practice, Associate Diploma in People Management and Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. She was appointed HR Manager for Atla Group in 2021 and Head of Atla People in 2025.
