Claire Watterson

Claire joined in 2023, following almost 20 years in local practice. She is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales, and began her career in local accountancy practices before moving into insolvency and restructuring. During this time, she managed a wide range of cases, from simple solvent liquidations to complex court matters, property and mental health receiverships, bankruptcies and deceased estates. In 2019, Claire set up and developed an insolvency and restructuring offering for a local firm and recognised the benefit of providing a wider advisory service. She now leads the Advisory team, offering multi-disciplinary services including liquidations, court appointments, receiverships, bankruptcies and administrations, business valuations, regulatory compliance and general advisory. In her spare time, Claire enjoys riding her horse, motorbikes and spending time with her family.
