Treasury & Support Administrator

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of sales invoice
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Inputting and processing payments
  • Assisting with Debt recovery
  • Assisting with Office account reconciliations
  • Assisting with Client account reconciliations
  • Assisting with bank trigger events and mandate changes
  • Administration support to Client Services Team should it be required from time to time

Reporting To:

Treasury Manager

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above


  • Experience in working in an office environment
  • Microsoft Office, CCH and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential


External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
