Receptionist

Job Summary:

We require an enthusiastic and personable individual to liaise with clients and visitors.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Compassionately greet clients and visitors
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Boardroom co-ordinator
  • Opening of the office
  • Daily security checks when closing the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Organising appointments
  • Co-ordinate with external suppliers regarding property maintenance
  • Maintenance of kitchen and communal areas
  • Stationery ordering
  • Scanning, indexing and filing
  • Archiving
  • Post and couriers

Reporting To:

Managers

Qualifications Required:

Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Training:

Full training will be provided

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
  • Knowledge of Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities:

Ambassador of the office, being the main contact for Burleigh Manor

Hours:

09:00 – 17:30
