Job Summary:
As a Manager, you will assist in the running of the client services department. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting senior management in overseeing the administration of client services team and ensuring clients receive a high level of service
- Liaising directly and building relationships with clients and Intermediaries
- Maintaining a varied portfolio of trust and company clients
- Overseeing various company and trust administration tasks
- Key contact for staff and clients
- Staff development and training
- Coordination of the team’s overall workflow and schedules
- Supervising and supporting administration staff
Reporting To:
Senior Managers
Qualifications Required:
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
Part or qualified STEP/ICSA or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
- Management and supervision
- Staff training
- Microsoft Office
- CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
Training:
External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
