Client Services Administrator

Job Summary:

As a Client Services Administrator, you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Managers and the client services team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and administering bank/investment accounts
  • Drafting agreements and deeds
  • Drafting minutes
  • Inputting payments
  • Communication with clients and intermediaries
  • Assisting in the administration of trust and company clients
  • Aid senior members of the Client Services team

Reporting To:

Client Services Managers

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Experience:

  • At least 18 months in a TCSP administration environment
  • A good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential

Training:

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

Hours:

37.5 hours per week
