Job Summary:
As a Business Control Administrator, you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Business Control Team. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the team with the new client on boarding process
- Preparing periodic file reviews and risk assessments for existing clients
- Assisting the team with the trigger event process
- Dealing with client due diligence on a risk-based approach
- Reviewing and matching potential screening hits
- Assisting the team with client closure requests
- Assisting with collation of information for external banking reviews
- Liaising directly with clients
- Maintenance of departmental control spreadsheets
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies and associated documentation
- Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recent developments and changes to legislation
- Liaising with the Compliance Team
- Assisting with the delivery of any change initiatives or projects impacting the business
- Any other duties that may be required, from time to time, to support the business
Reporting To:
Business Control Team
Qualifications Required:
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
Experience:
- At least 2 years in a TCSP environment in a similar role
- Microsoft Office
- A working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche and ViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential
Training:
External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
Skills:
