Tani Flower

Tani leads our Project Management Office (PMO) with a wealth of experience in operations and project management, gained from a diverse career both on and off the Island. She ensures the successful execution of projects across the Group and supports the delivery of our strategic initiatives, benefiting both internal stakeholders and ultimately external clients. Outside of work, Tani enjoys traveling and exploring the Island with her family.
